Tender Ails is a site activation that is a response to the current effort to the building of Cop City, an expanded police training facility located in a predominantly Black and Brown neighborhood. This facility will destroy hundreds of acres of green space and invades the housing security of those who live in the area. Kai hair is tethered to wool spun yarns that are nailed into the ground.
